We are a boutique physiotherapy and wellness practice, opened in 2008 by Pam and Myra (sisters).
We aim to work holistically and use the "Te Whare Tapa Wha" wellbeing model looking at the whole person, not just the injury. We use this model to aim to provide a welcoming and relaxing environment which enhances recovery from injury. We have a fabulous team here who all practice what they preach and will go above and beyond for you.
At myphysio we ensure you have:
- High quality and experienced physiotherapists
- The same physiotherapist throughout treatment
- Individual and private treatment rooms every time
- A warm and welcoming environment
- A holistic approach to your condition
